I built and led a UX team. We delivered research and design for clients in the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

I was the UX Director at UseLab.

K2 Internet (komitywa.com) — managing director and co-owner, 10.2007–06.2009

I ran the company and a team of usability and user experience specialists.

MRM Worldwide — UX Director, 07.2006–10.2007

I managed the team and the full user-centred design cycle: research, design and evaluation.

argonauts — project manager and usability lab, 12.2003–10.2005

I set up and ran a usability lab at the agency. Among other things I ran studies of e-banking prototypes for Volkswagen Bank Direct there, described in a separate case study.

Wprost Online — website manager and online advertising specialist, 09.2000–07.2003

I developed the advertising revenue strategy for 2003; after it was implemented, advertising revenue grew by 150%. I ran interactive projects for the website of what was then the most popular opinion weekly, and took part in 2 full redesigns.
