About
Who I am
I am a design leader for digital products. I build design teams, design systems and tools in which AI works within limits set by mechanisms.
In brief
I have been designing digital products since 2003 and leading design teams since 2006. At ING Bank Śląski I built a UX chapter for business banking from scratch, up to 15 designers across 6–9 squads. At Sportradar I led the team designing tools for traders who correct the automation that sets live odds. At Efigence I lead a design team and bring AI tools into its work. I build tools with AI agents myself: Kelter, Gromatik and Exocortex. I have had a budget in every leadership role. When nobody knows the answer, not even the client or the stakeholder I would ask, I still come with a recommended answer, because that is my role.
Languages
Polish is my native language. I speak English very well, including when working with teams and clients.

Privacy and cookies
Questions asked in the chat are stored for 90 days to run the service and protect it against abuse; IP addresses only as a hash.
| Name | Purpose | Identifier | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
hre_theme | Remembers the colour theme you chose (light or dark); removed when you return to the system setting. | None: the value is only the setting. | 365 days |
hre_chat | Remembers whether the chat panel is open or collapsed on wide screens. | None: the value is only the setting. | 365 days |
The conversation in the chat panel is kept in this browser tab (session storage) until the tab is closed, so it survives moving between pages.
Experiments posts: if you accept analytics, the post page loads Ghost’s page-view counter from this site and reports the view to Tinybird, which stores the statistics for me in the EU as a processor. It receives the page address, the referring page, your browser’s user-agent string, your language and a country derived from your time zone. Your IP address is not passed on: it is only used, with a salt that changes daily, to make a visitor hash that cannot be linked across days. Unlike this site’s own telemetry, which is deleted after 90 days, these post-view statistics are kept in Tinybird with no time limit. The counter sets no cookies. If you decline, nothing is sent.
Page visits: if you accept analytics, each page view records which site it was (the main site or a posting subdomain), the language, your browser’s user-agent string and your IP address only as a hash; when you arrive from another site, only that site’s domain is recorded (for example linkedin.com), never the address of the page. All of it is deleted after 90 days.
Course subdomains (a course in place of a job page): if you accept analytics, the course records page visits, in their order within one visit, and anonymous course events — a lesson, module or the course finished, the final check done, a case study, the CV or a contact detail opened — with the subdomain and the language. A visit is identified only by a random number kept in the browser tab (session storage) until the tab is closed: no cookie, and two visits are never linked. All of it is deleted after 90 days like the rest of this site’s telemetry. Your answers, notes and the name on the certificate stay in your browser and are never sent. If you decline, nothing is sent.
